Howdy! My name is Tisha Brandes, owner of The Brandes Insurance Agency. I grew up in Irving and moved to Flower Mound in 2002. I am married to my wonderful and sweet husband, Bill and have two amazing kids, William and Katelyn. We attend Gateway church and we love watching movies, bowling, basketball, snow skiing and water sports.
My Dad was a major influence for my insurance journey. He was one of the first insurance agents to have a retail agency back 40 years ago. I watched, listened and learned about claims, underwriting, selling and servicing growing up without realizing it. It is in my DNA. I graduated from Texas A&M with a Human Resource management degree. I then started in claims and moved on to work with several other agents. I quickly learned that many agencies do not run efficiently or care about service and are all about numbers instead of the quality of the policy they are writing. I decided to start my own agency in 2002 to offer insurance with integrity and a true caring for taking care of people.
The industry has changed rapidly over the past few years. I am thankful for being able to offer many options for my clients and to be an agent as life changes. I enjoy being their trusted advisor along the way.
